McCain won tonight, BIG. Actually, all candidates gave good accounts of themselves. Thompson and Giuliani were particularly good. (Huck was a bit off his usual game, but still mostly effective.) But McCain really ran away with the show.
Actually, now I am watching my friend Frank Luntz. His panel says Romney did great, and Thompson not great. That surprises me. I thought Romney was okay, but talked too much. And I thought Thompson was pretty good, but just wasn’t given much chance to shine.
But at least Luntz’s panel mostly were unimpressed by Huck.
