McCain says the question is cost and quality and talks about shifting responsibility to the individuals. Solid answer. Rudy says need to increase individual buyers of insurance. Offers his credit deduction and health savings accounts and touts interstate purchasing( now he’s talking!). Gets some applause. Huckabee goes on the preventative medicine kick( someone will have to explain how government forces this change). Romney says he was the one who “got the job done” and says “without a government mandate” –woops– then corrects himself and says no business mandate. But that wasn’t true either.
