Health Care Nationalization Still Behind

The president has rallied his base behind his health care plan, but a plurality of Americans remains against his proposal to nationalize the medical system. Explains Rasmussen Reports:

Americans are now closely divided over the proposed health care reform plan following President Obama's speech to Congress Wednesday night, although a plurality of voters are still opposed. All of the gains have come from Democrats, but the president has rallied his base and generated a significant increase in enthusiasm among supporters of the plan.

New Rasmussen Reports national polling - conducted over the two nights following the speech - shows that 47% of Americans now favor the plan proposed by the president and congressional Democrats. That's up from 43% at the end of August and from 44% earlier this week.

Forty-nine percent (49%) of voter remain opposed to the plan, but it marks the first time opposition has fallen below 50% in weeks.

It will be interesting to see if his new-found support remains solid, or peels off, returning opinions to roughly where they were before his speech. In any case, the president has failed to move the majority of Americans into his camp--and for good reason, given the many dangers of increasing federal control over health care.

Middle Class and Working Poor Americans are unable to afford proper legal representation in their Civil, Criminal and Family Courts of law all across America causing tremendous hardships nationwide,but these great minds and callous hearts in our American Congress have found others Worldwide more needy then their own citizens who are being falsely incarcerated,wrongfuly executed,losing their homes or apartments,losing child custody or visitation with their children etc? Not being afforded proper legal representation by our U.S. Congress has created a total breakdown of the American judicial system for our poorer Americans because the our U.S. Courts punish all of us little people if we are not assisted with proprer legal counsel.

*It is a known fact that our average Middle Class and Working Poor Americans without proper legal representation in all of our American Courts of law lose their legal cases to the better financed who are able to afford lawyers.

Lawyers For Poor Americans is now actively in the hunt for International Countries and Leaders Worldwide to help raise 5 Billion Dollar$ for our slighted poorer Americans who have had their own American Congress turn their backs on their desperate needs in not affording them proper legal representation.

Troy Davis and Mumia Abu ~ Jamal are 2 perfect examples of American citizens who never had proper legal representation or defense investigations afforded them by our U.S. Congressional Leaders Of The Free World in their initial criminal trials in (Georgia and Pennsylvania) who might very well have to pay the ultimate price of possibly being completely innocent and falsely executed in the near future.

These two poorer Americans are among tens of thousands of legal cases nationwide that never were afforded proper legal representation or proper defense investigations at their initial trials??**We the public really have no idea if these men are innocent or guilty until they both are given fair legal representation at their new future trials.

Improper murder trials and needless deaths due to the lack of healthcare take place in Third World Countries all the time. *** Why should average Middle~Class and Working Poor Americans in the Wealthiest Country Of The World be treated as if they are living a Third World Life Style ??

Nice to point out federal money is limited so a dollar sent to a lawyer is a dollar not spent on health care under Obama-Care. Trial Lawyer prosperity or your life. Nice choice (LFPA) and in all caps so as to be annoying to the max.

LAWYERS FOR POOR AMERICANS Ever heard of the Salvation Army, American Red Cross, lots of Catholic charities, Habitat for Humanity, and all those kind of American helpers. You people are sick! "Troy Davis and Mumia Abu ~ Jamal." Excellent examples. Toss in Jane Fonda. Have you heard that people like Jane and Soros were giving away all of their money to help the poor and impoverished. Me neither. There is a Hollywood full of millionaires and billionaires who constantly whine about me not sending more tax money to the liberals in Washington. A side-bar, did you catch the Zero in his tody speech in Minnneeesota toady? He apparently omitted one in his I'm-going-to-tell-all Wednesday night speech (another summer TV repeat). Today he said that because the consummation of his "plan" is about 4 years away, he is going to have a program immediately for those who cannot get insurance now because of pre-existing conditions. What's for tomorrow? Perhaps Van Jones will accept the job for that.

It's my suspicion that the sudden "hop" in approval for ObamaCare is not so much that more people agree with it as it is more people were torqued about Rep. Joe Wilson's "You lie!" outburst. With the MSM having a field day attacking this congressman from South Carolina (who, by the way, apologized to POTUS the same night), very little coverage has been forthcoming about ObamaCare. And Wilson is serving as a deliberate diversion. Watch the right hand carefully so that you won't notice what the left is doing.

Give it a day or two. Once American leftists find someone else to despise and malign (today's March on Washington, spearheaded by conservative TV/radio host Glenn Beck, may serve the bill), the slight increase in ObamaCare approval will likely slip back down to where it was prior to the president's speech. Historically, most polls show a bit of a temporary approval increase right after a POTUS speech, but once the Obama hype subsides, reality will usually return the poll numbers to the true reflection of Americans' gut feeling.
