Wherein I explain why today’s explosive allegation against Herman Cain makes me more inclined to want to defend him.
Short version: If Cain’s behavior, in SERIAL situations, was SO abhorrent as the behavior described by today’s accuser, I cannot BELIEVE he would have dared run for president. There was no way for this sort of stuff NOT to come out, if it is true.
Because I can’t believe Cain would run if he has this many things in his background that are of this sort, I therefore choose not to believe today’s allegation. So there.
