My article on the House GOP freshmen, posted today on the main site, went to press before the vote on the continuing resolution that avoided a government shutdown. Rep. Tim Huelskamp of Kansas was the only freshman quoted in the piece who voted against the CR. A little less than a third of the freshman class joined him, compared to about a quarter of the House Republican Conference.
