Ramesh Ponnuru has a very thoughtful post on the complex balance between Christianity’s call for pursuing justice while loving our enemies, on eschewing revenge but understanding the need for retribution. As Ponnuru says, this is hard enough to do in our daily lives — even in arguing on blogs — much less when contemplating someone like bin Laden.
