As you can see from this link from CFIF, this is a favorite topic of mine. If even Cynthia Tucker of the Atlanta Journal-Constitution is having second thoughts about racial gerrymanders, there may be hope for an end to this skin-deep, or rather skin-thick, form of bigotry.
