Amazing that the NY Times could do a feature on Eric Holder that does not even mention the Black Panther case or any of a number of other controversies that already have dogged his tenure, such as overruling his own Office of Legal Counsel, running a radical-left Civil Rights division, etc. The NYT article makes it sound as if the ONLY controversy surrounding Holder is the one about terror trials – and then it buys into his self-portrayal as somebody worried only about the law and never about politics, which is COMPLETELY contradicted by multiple accounts by independent/non-ideological journalists. This is not good reporting. It’s a big wet kiss to Holder. Yuck.
