Debbie Wasserman Schultz says that the voters sent an “impressive message” against Scott Walker’s “divisive politics,” while other partisan Democrats say Walker is going to “squeak by.”
Walker did better in terms of percentage of the vote than Barack Obama in 2008. He improved his raw vote totals from 2010. And Tom Barrett appears to have polled worse than Michael Dukakis.
