The Washington Examiner editorial board has endorsed Mitt Romney for the GOP primary. That is no small achievement for Romney, given that the Examiner has subjected Romney to some fairly harsh criticism.
Meanwhile, National Review has taken the remarkable step of..rejecting (I’m not sure what other term to use to mean “the opposite of endorsing”) Newt Gingrich. According to the editors of NR, only Romney, Huntsman, and Santorum are worthy of consideration.
