Jack Cox is president and chief executive officer of the Communications Institute and publisher of AnalysisOnline, which promotes objective analysis in public policy decision making. He also served as chief of staff to United States Congressman Barry Goldwater, Jr. during the years that Jack Kemp first entered Congress.
