Rasmussen reports a 54-36 lead for former Florida House Speaker Marco Rubio over Governor Charlie Crist in the race for the Republican nomination for the U.S. Senate seat from Florida. A month ago, Rubio was up twelve points, 49-37. Republican support for Charlie Crist’s job performance as governor has dropped from 56 percent to 48 percent in one month. The primary is in August. Both candidates are still polling ahead in the general election.
