On a much more amateur level, a friend up on Bainbridge Island, Wash., received this idiotic, subversive email urging her fellow islanders (about 120 of them) to paint Gov. Palin in a bad light:

Fill in your info and donation, then scroll down to ‘I would like to give to’: fill in ‘Sarah Palin’ and use the McCain campaign headquarters address (which she then also gives to recipients).

My friend was sent the email with the mistaken assumption that she is a pro-choice liberal, but she’s absolutely the opposite. Just another example of the hatred and desperation out there over Palin.
