I’m not sure I understand why National Right To Life will be endorsing Thompson. It can’t be betting on the winner/getting on the bandwagon. (Follow that green line.) And his Meet the Press comments seemed to have gravely concerned many pro-life advocates. But he has been steady and has a perfect voting record with no YouTube moments to haunt him and none of this. So sometimes good is good enough. This certainly makes for a perfectly fractured pro-life leadership so pro-life advocates can I suppose claim that anyone who wins did so with their help.
UPDATE: From my Friday interview with Thompson’s campaign manager Bill Lacy on the value of endorsements see here.
