If a substantial number of social conservative activists say Huckabee could be their guy, this is someone who we trust and don’t have to compromise with, then Iowa becomes a very, very interesting race. This is true especially if this support materializes and brings with it money. As for Thompson, what one GOP insider at the FRC described as a “delivery problem” showed up in the voting.
