I’ve never played poker–online or otherwise–but this recent appearance by the President of the Global Poker Strategic Thinking Society, Harvard Law Professor Charles Nesson on The Colbert Report actually made me feel like I should probably start.
“I want to make poker a legitimate thing for teaching strategy,” Neeson explained. “Poker is a marvelous game for seeing what a situation looks like from the other side.”
Neeson also argued betting on poker online should be legal, which I agree with from a philosphical and personal perspective, whether its actually any fun or not.
