Obama’s Enemies List
Hardball is the only way he plays.
After the Democratic convention, Obama campaign lawyer Robert Bauer warned TV stations against airing a TV ad that was embarrassing to Barack Obama. The commercial focused on the longtime relationship between Obama and Weather Underground terrorist Bill Ayers. Bauer sent letters to the Justice Department imploring the agency to pursue criminal action against those behind the ads. It was not lost on anyone at that time that Bauer was considered a candidate to be the next U.S. Attorney-General.
A team of Obama campaign operatives, joined by major news outlets, descended on Wasilla, Alaska immediately after Governor Sarah Palin was introduced as Senator John McCain’s running mate. This was immediately followed by patently false reports claiming Palin imposed book bans, joined a fringe political party, charged rape victims for emergency room treatment and cut funding for special needs children.
In late August, the Obama campaign emailed an “Obama Action Wire” to thousands of supporters and liberal activists exhorting them to harass the offices of Chicago’s WGN radio by flooding the station with angry phone calls and emails. Activists screamed insults to call-in screeners. The radio station’s offense was that a long-time, respected radio host had the temerity to interview Ethics and Public Policy Center watchdog Stanley Kurtz. Kurtz had uncovered university records that documented a much closer relationship between Obama and Ayers than the presidential candidate had previously disclosed.
A few weeks later, state prosecutors and top sheriffs in Missouri who were prominent Obama supporters responded to a chilling Obama campaign request. They styled themselves as a “truth squad” and threatened to prosecute anyone including media outlets that printed or broadcasted material they deemed to be inaccurate about the Illinois Senator.
Obama contributors in the Justice Department’s Civil Rights section (headed by $2,000 Obama donor and former ACLU attorney Mark Kappelhof) urged preemptive prosecution of individuals the Obama campaign believed might disrupt the November election. A cited example of anticipated disruption was to send mailings of a non-violent nature addressing voting issues unfavorable to Obama.
In October, a question from a middle-class voter resulted in an answer from Obama indicating the Democratic nominee was in favor of “spread[ing] the wealth around.” This voter became the symbol of middle-class America and Obama’s response the touchstone of his neo-Marxist policies. Immediately thereafter, Democratic Ohio state officials scoured government data bases and confidential records in an effort to find embarrassing information on “Joe the Plumber” (e.g., he is divorced) that quickly found its way into the press.
In the final days of the campaign, three newspapers that had endorsed McCain were booted from the Obama campaign bus. The New York Post, Dallas Morning News, and Washington Times were unceremoniously shown the door only days after their papers’ endorsements appeared. Obama campaign officials claimed the move was to make room for more important media outlets: Jet and Ebony entertainment magazines. Both publications were publishing fawning coverage of Obama.
Those heartened by the hope that a President Obama would be more tolerant of critics and criticism than a candidate Obama had their expectations dashed. In only his third full day as the 44th president Obama personally went on the offensive against a media personality. On January 23rd, Obama warned Congressional Republicans against listening to Rush Limbaugh. The man who offered to sit down with Holocaust denier and Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad without any preconditions whatsoever views an American radio talk show host as a dangerous threat.
In precedent-setting action, Obama moved his director of political affairs, a highly partisan post, from the Old Executive Office Building into the West Wing. Political operative Patrick Gaspard was given White House access not experienced by his predecessors. Obama official Shauna Daly, a non-lawyer and career opposition researcher described as a “partisan dirt-digger,” was assigned to the White House counsel office. The move signals not only a new low in partisan activities, but suggests the office assignment may be intended to hide Daly’s political activities under the guise of the counsel’s attorney-client privileges.
What America witnessed before the election and mere hours after Obama was sworn into office is just a sampling of what Americans can likely expect throughout an Obama presidency. One cannot help but reach the conclusion an Obama Enemies List is already being compiled and free speech restrictions are being considered. Fortunately for Obama he has no shortage of Congressional foot soldiers to help in his cause to muzzle critics and silence news outlets that refuse to adhere to Democratic talking points that are faxed directly into the network newscast teleprompters.
On Election Day, Senator Chuck Schumer likened conservative talk radio to pornography and argued it should be regulated. House Speaker Nancy Pelosi endorsed speech restrictions more than once during the election season. Senators Harry Reid, Dick Durbin and John Kerry have also advocated various limits to political speech. Senator Debbie Stabenow assured a liberal radio talk show host that regulating conservative speech is imminent. House Commerce Committee Chairman Henry Waxman is reportedly working on speech restrictions with acting FCC Chairman Michael Copps.
Imagine the gross violations against political speech that may very well occur when there are no checks and balances from a sycophantic Congress and there is complicity from the national news gatekeepers. The public may be very surprised at the lengths the Obama Administration may pursue to silence critics. Moreover, the self-anointed Praetorian Guard of the First Amendment will conveniently develop a case of amnesia regarding on which side of the debate they fall when it comes to press freedoms. Do not expect to see the New York Times editorialize against Obama and the Congress when it comes to protecting free speech rights aside from its own and that of like-minded, liberally-biased press outlets.
The Clinton White House had its own enemies list and engaged in dirty practices that clearly broke the law. Clinton enemies audited by the IRS included Paula Jones, Juanita Broaddrick, Gennifer Flowers, White House Travel Officer Director Billy Dale and the independent watchdog group, Judicial Watch, just to name a few.
Early in Clinton’s first term, staffers improperly squirreled away more than 400 FBI files on prominent Republicans. This give the Clintons access to confidential information on key Republicans they viewed as political threats.

As an avowed Communist I find this all rather amusing. Money is no longer the issue in your society. Now it's all about power and amassing power that can't be stopped by simple considerations like your Constitution. It's been pissed away for years by both parties in your country and now you are reaping the whirlwind.
Obama has proven himself a worthy student of power politics and has stepped into a vacuum of leadership in the USA. Obama staffed his administration with crooks and liars because there is no reason for honest people anymore.
When you tell the public the truth you empower them. When you lie to the public you empower the politically elite.
Under the new rules that have descended you now teach a man to fish so that he can feed others until he figures out he's a sucker. Then you tell him he must fish or his health care will be affected. The redistribution of fish becomes the standard.

I had read a lot of this online before the election and tried to clue in as many people as possible about Chicago politics coming to Washington. Alas, it wasn't helped by the talking heads on TV who were either clueless about the iceberg below Obama's surface or were too afraid to tell the politically incorrect truth -- he's a Marxist who takes his opponents out. His attacks on Joe the Plumber should have given even those barely paying attention a clue. But no, we prefer to think that can't happen in the U.S.

Already the Kansas and New Hampshire governments have drawn articles that darn near look like secession if “Extra-Constitutional” measures are drafted by this government.

I've been having these thoughts lately about a movie made in the '60s, you all know it, "Seven Days in May". Well , the premise doesn't quite fit today's situation but the basic concept is sound. If indeed America has been taken over by leftist radicals, and the Constitution is being shredded slowly, then the only institution that can save America is the good old U.S. military. Then, we can restore both civilian control and the Constitution, with our leftist friends safely in Canada and Schumer, Reid, Durbin, Pelosi, et al safely at GITMO, waterboarding not optional. Now this is real change we can believe in.

Missouri’s republican senator, “Kit” Bond recently announced he would not seek another term in 2010. One of those being considered for that seat is St. Louis County Prosecuting Attorney Bob McCulloch, one of the leaders of the Barack Obama Truth Squad. Missouri already suffers with the sycophantic representation given by Claire McCaskill, one of the first to climb aboard Barry’s bandwagon. Hopefully, Missouri republicans will wake up before it’s too late. I won’t hold my breath.

There has been little or no attention paid to the $9 billion in the porkulus bill intended for Abu Hussein's brownshirts, i.e. ACORN thugs. The items are tagged as community organizing and community stabilization items. Those brownshirts will perform our census under the direction of the White House marxists. Yes, of course, Russ you are correct. Bush outed the first under cover CIA agent who was listed by name, adress and occupation in the 2000 version of Whos Who. She was the first undercover NOC agent who drove her station wagon to work every day (CIA headquarters). It took the FBI exactly 3 interviews with her neighbors to find out the most in her neighborhood knew she worked for the CIA (apprently she blabbed it about constantly at dinner parties. Probably everyone in Northern Virginia knew who "owned" Brewster Jennings). But hey, the bureaucrats at Langley said she was undercover, so she must have been. Another stellar operation by the world's foremost intelligence agency!!

Apparently the enemies list is becoming a quick reality. Eric Holder, who loves terrorists, is apparently doing everything but cussing white people out in public as he claims the nation is full of cowards for not discussing race honestly. You can make the case that it's not directed at whites, but seriously. What has this country not done to help minorities including blacks? Wow. Telling people they are cowards is the way to start an honest conversation. Honestly, I hate to state this but he sounds like a hick with that logic. In the meantime, now that he's the Attorney General, call his office and demand that he live up to his mighty concept. Urge him to go after employers, including government entities, who openly support Black History Month, but do little to encourage Asian History Month (Just think of the possibilities there), White History Month, GLBT History Month, etc. Just name your victim and your venom, put place that call.

Attorney General Eric Holder described the United States Wednesday as a nation of cowards on matters of race, saying most Americans avoid discussing awkward racial issues.
In a speech to Justice Department employees marking Black History Month, Holder said the workplace is largely integrated but Americans still self-segregate on the weekends and in their private lives.
"Though this nation has proudly thought of itself as an ethnic melting pot, in things racial we have always been and I believe continue to be, in too many ways, essentially a nation of cowards," said Holder, nation's first black attorney general.
Race issues continue to be a topic of political discussion, Holder said, but "we, as average Americans, simply do not talk enough with each other about race."
He urged people of all races to use Black History Month as a chance for honest discussion of racial matters, including issues of health care, education, and economic disparities.
Race "is an issue we have never been at ease with and, given our nation's history, this is in some ways understandable," Holder said. "If we are to make progress in this area, we must feel comfortable enough with one another and tolerant enough of each other to have frank conversations about the racial matters that continue to divide us."
He told hundreds of Justice Department employees gathered for the event that they have a special responsibility to advance racial understanding.
Even when people mix at the workplace or afterwork social events, Holder argued, many Americans in their free time are still segregated inside what he called "race-protected cocoons."
"Saturdays and Sundays, America in the year 2009 does not in some ways differ significantly from the country that existed almost 50 years ago. This is truly sad," said Holder.
As a presidential candidate last year, Barack Obama gave a landmark speech on race relations during the hotly-contested Democratic primaries as he tried to separate himself from the angry rhetoric of his then-pastor. Holder cited that speech by Obama as part of the motivation for his words Wednesday, saying Americans need to overcome an ingrained inhibition against talking about race.
"If we're going to ever make progress, we're going to have to have the guts, we have to have the determination, to be honest with each other. It also means we have to be able to accept criticism where that is justified," Holder told reporters after the speech.
Holder is headed to Guantanamo Bay early next week to inspect the terrorist detention facility there. Obama has assigned Holder to lead a special task force aimed at closing the site within a year.
Holder's Justice Department will have to decide which suspects to bring to U.S. courts for trial, which to prosecute through the military justice system, and which to send back to their home countries.

Lenin boosted Stalin to the position of Commissar of Nationalities, which gave him control over all the minority groups in Russia. These groups made up a significant percentage of Russia’s people. Struggles with the minority groups and resistors of the Communist Revolution caused the Russian Civil war. Joseph assisted the Red, Communist army in many roles including Inspector General.
The war weakened Russia and Lenin. During the civil war all property and factories were nationalized and even freedom of expression was taken away. At the end of the war when Lenin introduced the New Economic Plan, which reinstated a limited amount of free commerce, he was too weak from a bullet wound to handle the opposition to the plan. Lenin set up the position of General Secretary in 1922 and appointed Stalin. It turned out to be Stalin’s rise to complete power, in the newly formed USSR.
Stalin’s position gave him the power to head inner sections of the Communist Party that investigated leaders and ousted those who were found lacking or disloyal to the party. Lenin was nervous when Stalin began to deviate from his ideas, and in his last will and testament he wrote that he didn’t want Stalin to succeed him. Stalin was able to keep Trotsky, the leader of the Red Army and Stalin’s greatest enemy, from disclosing this information and used the competition among party members to rid it of all opposition to himself. (In 1940 Stalin had the exiled Trotsky assassinated in Mexico.) Stalin got his enemies to kill and remove each other, so that by 1928 Stalin was in control.
Joseph Stalin began his ‘reign’ by condemning the kulaks, or land owning peasants that had become wealthy. He claimed that they were not putting the Soviet Union as their first priority and not providing industry workers with enough food. Stalin forced the people to set up collective farms that were owned by the government. 5 million kulaks and farmers were exiled because they were too wealthy, objected, or refused to farm collectively. The collective farms didn’t increase the food supply and in fact there were great food shortages. Next, Stalin set up a Five-Year Plan to industrialize Russia. He demanded that there be a 111% increase in coal production, 200% increase in iron, and 335% increase in electrical production. If workers didn’t meet these standards or were thought to be destroying the Plan, and were exiled. Stalin went against his advisors and broke with normal communist ideas.

Leave it to an ideologue like Holder to chastise people for not being more honest & open with each other, especially with criticism. How rich is this, coming from this Stalinist leftist, who believes in campus speech codes, that can get a kid kicked out of college because of some interpretation of his/her actions or mannorisms. Read the book "Shadow University" it will make you sick to your stomach. The Chinese re-education camps have nothing on American colleges and universities. Holder and his ilk have put up these barriers between citizens so that free & open dialogue will not take place, because people have to be lawyers before they speak to one another. It's easy for the Holder's, Jackson's & Sharpton's of this world to decry the lack of vitality in our associations, that's because they can get away with doing and saying anything, while the rest of us can find ourselves facing a hate crime prosecution. Holder & his fellow jack booted friends have made a mockery of the famous Rockwell town meeting painting just as Andre Serano did with his famous "Piss Christ". BTW, Holder also doesn't think much of talk radio, suprise, suprise.

Joe Wurzelbacher isn’t a symbol of American middle-class values. He’s a moron. He’s not a licensed plumber; he didn’t own a business; he still owes back taxes, and he was too dumb to realize during the campaign that he was being used by the McCain campaign and would benefit more from the Obama proposed tax cuts. But that didn’t stop him from opening his pie hole whenever there was a mic in his face and proving at every single opportunity that he didn’t know squat about anything.
While it’s true that Obama and Bill Ayers both served on the board of the Chicago Annenberg Challenge, there were nine other board members on said board that was funded by the Annenberg Foundation. The same foundation founded by the Annenberg family, staunch Republicans and the people that gave the American public the ubiquitous TV Guide. Therefore, based on this tenuous association, everyone on that board “paled around” with a terrorist and the Annenbergs funded it and to a certain extent (based on this screwly logic), so did every American that has purchased a TV Guide.
Now obviously this is bullsh*t , except when Stanley Kurtz interjects it into an election and writes that he has documented evidence of a “much closer relationship.” Where are the documents? Where’s the evidence? Salacious crap that died the day after the election.

TODD Palin WAS a card-carrying member for eight years of the fringe group that actively wants Alaska to succeed from the US. There is videotaped footage of Sara Palin talking to the group and wondering out loud why it might be a good idea for Alaska to succeed from the union.
ACORN, which hires part-time, $8-an-hour employees to go door-to-door and register people to vote, had serious problems with phony registrations invented by employees who don't want to work. They did not send people to the polls with bogus id or to vote.
How many cases are currently pending against ACORN for voter fraud: ZERO.
There's a huge difference between voter fraud and voter registration fraud. And while the difference in the two may be lost on some, most reasonable people get it.
The rest you can debunk yourself by doing your research and engaging in a little bit of critical thinking.

As opposed to typing back and forth to others that share your narrow view of the US and the world at large, I might suggest pushing your comfort levels a bit and talking to people that actually disagree with your opinion. I don't mean yelling your point at someone else, but listen to others like you would like them to listen to you. It's amazing what you can discover when you take "they" out of the picture and get to know others on a personal level. You might just learn something new. Working up others that largely agree with your own worldviews doesnt' really accomplish much. Maybe a good way to promote dialogue is not to monologue.
