In a widely-expected move, the Obama administration has appealed the Virginia court decision which found that the national health care law’s individual mandate is unconstitutional.
Meanwhile, Virginia Attorney General Ken Cuccinelli has filed a cross-appeal in an effort to invalidate the entire law.
While U.S. District Judge Henry Hudson ruled the mandate unconsitutional, he stopped short of overturning the rest of law.
