It is just past 3:30 a.m. in Britain and the Leave campaign leads the Remain campaign by more than half a million votes with a margin of 3.5%. But only just over half the vote has been counted. I have a feeling voters London will put Remain over the top. In which case, David Cameron will breathe a sigh of relief, but a sigh nevertheless.
