Dr. Paul Williams received his Ph.D. in biostatistics in 1986 from Stanford University. Until his retirement, he was principal investigator on many National Institutes of Medicine grants. He has published over 170 papers on cholesterol, exercise, and gene-environment interactions in peer-reviewed medical journals.
