Don Ritter

Don Ritter served fourteen years in Congress on the Energy & Commerce and Science & Technology Committees, was Ranking Member on the Congressional Helsinki Commission, founding Co-Chair of the Baltic States-Ukraine Caucus, founding Co-Chairman of the Congressional Task on Afghanistan. He was a National Academy of Science Exchange Fellow in the USSR during the Vietnam War and speaks fluent Russian. He is Trustee Emeritus of the Victims of Communism Memorial Foundation, and Trustee and President & CEO Emeritus of the Afghan American Chamber of Commerce. Ritter holds a Science Doctorate from MIT.
