Cari Clark and her husband, Wes, are the parents of three grown children. Cari is a freelance writer and editor. She was an editor for Welcome Home, a publication for women who chose to stay at home to raise their children; worked as a proofreader for the Independent Women's Forum, has written a book about childrearing; and has worked with many authors to bring their books and articles to publication, including the Smithsonian Institution. She is now retired in Ruther Glen, Virginia.
