Women between the ages of 20 and 40 can’t stop picking up a latte “because today was a hard day at work.” Or treating themselves to a donut because they finally started that work project they’ve been procrastinating on. They refer to this practice — which has become a TikTok phenomenon — as “little treat culture.”
