Looks like Gov. Schwarzenegger and the legislative elites in California cannot count on the Tiffany Network to help their cause in stopping Proposition 23, which is the ballot initiative that would halt the state’s global warming law that limits carbon emissions. If it passes, the measure would prevent implementation of the law until the unemployment rate falls below 5.5 percent. How has CBS harmed the alarmists’ cause?
