The Rothenberg Political Report, run by one of the country’s leading election handicappers, has moved the California, Washington, and Wisconsin Senate races closer to the GOP. That means liberal Democratic Sens. Barbara Boxer, Patty Murray, and Russ Feingold are all considered vulnerable — and Republicans did not get their top pick to run in Wisconsin. Rothenberg is predicting a five to eight-seat net gain for the Republicans in the Senate.
