When tea partiers want to make a point, they don’t do things by halves. Staring right at journalists in a media lounge at CPAC, there’s a wall high banner with the headline, “Can You Hear Us Now?” It has a giant cartoon of an elephant that has just ground a donkey underfoot and is stomping toward a terrified president Obama. He beginst to exclaim “OH SH” and the rest of the dialogue bubble is conveniently obscured by the pachyderm’s leg.
