Susan Rice Leaves Them Laughing
by

“Dang if I know.”

That’s what National Security Adviser Susan Rice said, to laughter, at a D.C. luncheon to Wednesday of the newly appointed House Select Committee headed up by Trey Gowdy that’s looking into the Benghazi attacks of 9/11, 2012.

Rice also argued that the Obama Administration had produced 25,000 pages of documents on Benghazi and commented, “So it’s hard to imagine what further will come of yet another committee.”

Yet that wasn’t the dangedest thing Susan Rice said:

Because what is lost in all of this discussion about Sunday shows and talking points is that we lost four brave Americans on that day, and their families and those of us who work with them continue to grieve. And the last thing we need to do is to lose any more.

The deaths of those four brave Americans on September 11, 2012 hasn’t been lost on anyone except for those who work in the Obama Administration. There wouldn’t have been any need for a discussion about “Sunday shows” if Rice hadn’t willfully misled the American public into believing those four Americans died as a result of an Internet video instead of an al Qaeda terrorist attack. There also wouldn’t have been any need for a discussion about “talking points” if the State Department hadn’t edited the CIA’s talking points which indicated it was an al Qaeda terrorist attack.

Susan Rice has only herself and the Administration for which she works to blame for this sorry state of affairs. She says the dangedest things, but they are no laughing matter.
