When I first heard that Tim Pawlenty had endorsed Mitt Romney to be the GOP standard bearer in 2002 my first thought was, “I guess he doesn’t think Obamneycare is so bad after all.”
Quin Hillyer thinks Pawlenty wants to be Romney’s running mate. He might very well be right on that one. Yet I can’t see Romney picking him. It would be a case of the bland leading the bland. Besides why pick Pawlenty when you can pick Marco Rubio or Paul Ryan instead?
