Obama Admin Shouldn’t Pick a Fight With Big Papi

So now White House Press Secretary Jay Carney is mad that Boston Red Sox DH David Ortiz took a ‘selfie’ of himself and President Obama while the Red Sox were being honored for their 2013 World Series triumph on Tuesday.

Apparently, Ortiz took the selfie with the President to promote the Samsung Galaxy phone. Carney (who purports to be a Red Sox fan) objects to Big Papi using Obama’s image for commercial purposes.
This would be the same Obama who uses his image on commercial television shows like Ellen for the purpose of telling people to sign up for Obamacare. What’s good for the President is good for Big Papi.
A word of advice to the Obama Administration. Don’t pick a fight with Big Papi. As liberal as Boston is, if you give us a choice between Big Papi and Obama, Big Papi wins every time.
