Despite the fact a bomb exploded near the office of Norwegian Prime Minister Jens Stoltenberg and that there has also been a shooting at a retreat of the governing Labour Party’s youth wing at which the Prime Minister was apparently scheduled to attend, Stoltenberg says it’s too early to call it an act of terrorism.
So how exactly would Stoltenberg care to characterize these events of which he might very well have been a target?
Well, I suppose he could call it one of those “man-caused disasters.”
UPDATE: Well, Ansar al-Jihad al-Alami doesn’t think it’s to early to call it an act of terrorism citing amongst other things “unspecified insults to the Prophet Muhammad.” (H/T to Charlie Cooke of National Review.)
