The latest Rasmussen poll shows Harry Reid pulling just 36 percent of the vote against two Republican challengers in Nevada, Sue Lowden and Danny Tarkanian. The poll was taken just days after the Senate majority leader was reported to have made race-related remarks about the president. While it is unclear how much that particular controversy impacted these results, 55 percent of those surveyed said they were following the matter “very closely” on top of another 24 percent who were following it “somewhat closely.” Forty-seven percent of Nevadans now report a “very unfavorable” view of Reid and 45 percent “strongly oppose” the health care bill he pushed through the Senate. Here are the full numbers.
