With 93% of the vote in, Mitt Romney is leading Rick Santorum by 7,229 votes in Ohio. Romney has 38% of the vote while Santorum has 37% of the vote.
To put this number in perspective, Rick Perry received 7,227 votes tonight in the Buckeye State.

UPDATE: Now with 96% of the vote in, Romney leads Santorum by 12,040 votes. It’s not just a Perry factor but a Perry-Huntsman factor. The two former candidates received a combined 13,717 votes. Are these protest votes? Or mischief by Democrats?
