Repeal of Obamacare Rationing Advances
by

The House Ways and Means Committee has approved legislation that would repeal the Independent Payment Advisory Board (IPAB), the group of 15 unelected bureaucrats who will make decisions rationing care for seniors under the federal health care law. IPAB rationing is in large part what Obamacare relies upon to achieve its alleged savings.

“Repealing the Independent Payment Advisory Board is critical to ensuring that seniors never have to face the waiting lists and rationed care that have affected other nations who have gone down the misguided path of bureaucratic medicine,” House Budget Committee Chairman Paul Ryan said in a statement. But Ryan maintained full Obamacare repeal was the only way forward on free-market health care reform.
