“Pink Sourcing” the Kristen Bell Tries to Make Women’s Wages Funny
by

Women are not paid less than men when you consider time off for childbearing and rearing, but let’s pretend they are for the sake of argument. Kristen Bell talks about the “cheaper workforce here in the good old U.S. of A. –women.”

Okay, then. If what she’s saying is true, wouldn’t companies clamor for workers that cost over 25% less and produce more here in the U.S.? A 25% salary savings would have offices filled with women. Men would be discriminated against because of the obvious advantage, but that’s not the case.

Either corporations are the greediest, bottom-line-only entities on the planet or they’re so sexist, they’d sacrifice the bottom line because they like men better and are willing to pay a premium for them.
