It appears that Mitt Romney and Rick Santorum may have split the state’s 14 congressional districts. The current estimate is that this will result in 14 delegates for Romney and 12 for Santorum. It is unclear how the at-large delegates will be apportioned. Third place finisher Ron Paul was three points short of qualifying for at-large delegates, Newt Gingrich wasn’t even close.
