In a Republican debate that was supposed to be about the economy, Maria Betrimono wasted no time in asking Herman Cain about the allegations against him.
Once again, Herman Cain displayed the grace and aplomb that has drawn conservatives to him and was enthusiastically cheered.
To his credit, Mitt Romney wasn’t having any of it when John Harwood asked him if he would have kept Cain as a CEO if he took over his company.
The audience then applauded Harwood when he said, “Let’s switch back to the economy.”
