Um, Quin have you not been paying attention to his campaign in Florida, in which he has pandered shamelessly? And how he can go from a moderate social conservative at the beginning of his 1989 mayoral campaign, to a conviction social liberal by its end, to a pragmatist who will benefit social conservatives by the end of 2007 is beyond me. The willingness of the conservative movement to write all of this off is exactly how we came so close to ending up with Huckabee. And why we’re still at risk of ending up with McCain.
