It took a long time for Reid Smith to get there, but he asks, “Should Republicans nominate Rand Paul to face Hillary Clinton in 2016, will he cast his ballot for President Clinton?”
He goes on to say, “The match-up shouldn’t demand a question.” I couldn’t agree more.
If Reid read my article as closely as he has to everything else I’ve written over the last few years I cannot fathom what would lead him to ask such a question in the first place. Of course, it is possible that he skipped the part of the article where I lambast Hillary for asking “what difference does it make?” That might explain why he feels the need to ask this question.
Since this conclusion has eluded Reid, let me take this moment to assure him that if the GOP nominates Rand Paul in 2016, I will not be casting my ballot for Hillary Clinton.
