Snowden Offered Asylum by Venezuela & Nicaragua

The Presidents of both Nicaragua and Venezuela have offered NSA leaker Edward Snowden asylum. Both Daniel Ortega and Nicolas Maduro extended offers of asylum in response to Snowden’s petition to seek asylum in their respective socialist paradises.

To those who seek to portray Snowden as an American hero (this mean you Rand Paul) ought to judge the man by the company he seeks to keep. That Ortega and Maduro are prepared to welcome Snowden with open arms should give conservatives pause.

For the moment, Snowden remains in the Moscow International Airport.
