She got her split decision, but I don’t think this is what she needs. A shellacking in North Carolina and a 51-49 squeaker in Indiana that we’re staying up all night for? I don’t think so. Even with wins upcoming in West Virginia and Kentucky — and even with the lingering concerns about Barack Obama and working-class whites– I don’t see this dislodging the superdelegates she needs to win the nomination.
