Well, well, well.
Shades of the IRS scandal.
Who is one of the most forthright Obama critics in America today?
I know. The list is long of Obama critics. But who specifically comes to mind for blunt, detailed, knowledgeable criticism of the president -- and in return draws the furious wrath of MSNBC and all those Obama-acolytes?
That’s right -- that would be …..Donald Trump.
Now here’s a curious development.
A very curious development that shows exactly how the Obama Chicago hardballers and their state run media allies play the game.
On Saturday, up pops a story from the Associated Press that is promptly run by Politico.
N.Y. sues 'Trump University'
The story's key graphs read -- and I have put the relevant parts in bold print:
ALBANY, N.Y. — New York's attorney general sued Donald Trump for $40 million Saturday, saying the real estate mogul helped run a phony "Trump University" that promised to make students rich but instead steered them into expensive and mostly useless seminars, and even failed to deliver promised apprenticeships.
Attorney General Eric Schneiderman says many of the 5,000 students who paid up to $35,000 thought they would at least meet Trump but instead all they got was their picture taken in front of a life-size picture of "The Apprentice" TV star.…
"Unlike some who are willing to turn a blind eye to fraud in exchange for campaign contributions, the attorney general is willing to follow an investigation wherever it may lead, even if that means investigating people with whom he's had a relationship," Schneiderman spokesman Andrew Friedman told The Associated Press.
What’s missing from this gem of a story that typifies the Obama-loving media?
This…buried in an earlier-in-the-week news story from the Wall Street Journal about President Obama’s about-to-take-place tour of New York State colleges. Say again…that word would be colleges.
Wrote the WSJ, again, bold print provided:
Later Thursday, before he is scheduled to speak in Syracuse, Mr. Obama will meet privately with New York Attorney General Eric Schneiderman, according to an aide in the attorney general’s office.
What do we have here?
The President of the United States -- whose IRS is up to its eye-lids in a scandal involving the targeting of the President’s political enemies -- spends the last few days touring colleges in New York State. The reason for this tour -- the political point of it all -- is summed up in this story by the New York Times headlined:
On Bus Tour, Obama Seeks to Shame Colleges Into Easing Costs
Then on Thursday, Obama himself meets “privately” with his buddy the Attorney General of New York, Eric Schneiderman.
Two days later? This headline in Politico:
N.Y. sues 'Trump University'
Did they really think no one would notice that the Democrat who is Attorney General of New York meets privately on a Thursday with the President of the United States whose administration has been caught red-handed manipulating the IRS for political purposes–and three days later the AG sues Obama’s famous arch critic Donald Trump? In the very week the Times says Obama’s mission is to shame colleges over their costs?
And the suit is over Trump University?
Well, as of hours ago, someone has noticed:

Wow, l just found out that A.G. Schneiderman met with President Obama in Syracuse on Thursday --- and sued me on Saturday! Same as IRS etc.
If anybody out there thinks this lawsuit is anything else than a presidential vendetta to get another enemy on the White House list.…
I have a bridge in Brooklyn that can be sold to you. Cheap.
Most assuredly, the last has not been heard of this.
From Weiner’s private parts to Spitzer’s private prostitutes to Schneiderman’s private meetings with the President.
You just can’t make it up.
