The Seminole County Sheriff’s office announced on Wednesday that the six jurors' three-week sequestration cost an estimated $33,000, and the total cost of the George Zimmerman trial was $320,000.

During the jurors' sequestration, they visited St. Augustine, Fla., watched the "The Lone Ranger" and "World War Z" in theaters, went on bowling excursions, and saw Fourth of July fireworks. Meals were provided at the Marriott hotel.

In other news, one of Zimmerman's jury consultants said on Thursday that he had planned in advance to suggest an all-women jury. Robert Hirschhorn, a veteran jury consultant with over 28 years of experience, told USA Today that women listen better, judge less, and would better understand the rationale of Zimmerman’s decision to shoot Martin.

"I believed in my heart that an all-female jury was the right jury for George," Hirschhorn said, reported by USA Today. "My experience has been that women are better at listening than men."

Hirschhorn also said his personal favorite choice was a black male who owned a gun and watched Fox News. The potential juror wasn’t chosen.
