Wisconsin Collective Bargaining Reform Law Struck Down

Today Judge Maryann Sumi of Dane County Circuit Court in Wisconsin struck down the collective bargaining rights law signed by Gov. Scott Walker, on the basis that Republicans broke a law requiring at least two hours public notice before passing legislation. 

The case now heads to the Wisconsin Supreme Court for review. David Prosser was certified as the winner of the bitterly contested race for a spot on the Supreme Court on Monday.
