Al Qaeda War Criminal Free in 2 Years?

Omar Khadr, an al-Qaeda fighter who, among other things, murdered a medic in Afghanistan, just reached a plea deal wherein he's sentenced to one more year in prison in America, followed by seven years in Canada. Tim Mak notes that Canadian parole boards tend to be pretty lenient, and talks to Canadian criminal justice and security experts about how likely Khadr is to go free.
