The first sentence of the second-to-last paragraph pretty much sums up everything, and the stupidity of the American people have provided this extreme danger to this country in 2008 and again in 2012. Therefore, all of the disasterous political occurrances that befall this country is deserved IMHO. Again it all goes back to Forrest Gump and his truthful proclamation on stupidity!!!!!!!!!!!

It is hideous. This has been coming down the pike for awhile now and was no less encouraged by Patriot Act's I and II, the indefinite detention of "combatants" in Guantanamo Bay, the creation of the Department of Homeland Security, the NSA's domestic spying program known as "Carnivore", three unconstitutional wars in the Middle East (Afghanistan, Iraq and Libya) and countless drone strikes against "suspected terrorists" in Yemen, Somalia, Afghanistan and Pakistan that have resulted in thousands of civilian casualties. This is just the icing on the cake...this is logical conclusion to the Federal governments overt abuses against the Constitution of the United States for decades now. If we allow our government to act as tyrants abroad of course at some point in time they will begin to act as tyrants at home towards American citizens.
