Moving on to the next disturbing Cabinet nominee, there are all sorts of problems with Treasury Secretary Jack Lew. Now here’s a new one: The great reporter Jon Weil at Bloomberg notes a very strange provision in Lew’s old Citigroup contract that gave him a special bonus (in effect) if he went directly from Citigroup to the government — meaning, of course, that Citi is in some ways paying directly for access.
