Below are a series of posts on the kerfuffle over a Tea Party
Patriots photo of Karl Rove in Nazi uniform.
TPP has made a point of apologizing to Mr. Rove, as it should.
Good for them.
As a Rove critic myself, it is important in discussions of this
nature to keep them above board and not make them personal. We
criticized a Rove spokesman for his “hater” description of Brent
Bozell, seen by some as a current slang term as opposed to its
older, generally understood use.
The point in these things is that if one has to explain a word
or a photo, one is instantly behind the game, not to mention
needlessly distracting from the issue at hand.
My colleague Quin Hillyer was right to take issue (here,
here, and
here), and as one would suspect with a group of such sterling
character, the TPP stepped up to the plate.
So – issue closed. On with the substance.
And the TPP has the substance issue in its corner.

Mr Lord,
I don't see the issue as quite closed yet. The TPP have tendered an apology. Mr Rove should lead the way on this by refusing to badmouth Republican candidates once they have won their primaries...else he is in for some quite justified ire. We do not help ourselves by "piling on" along with the Democrats when one of our own, says something dumb. Once the primary is over, and we have a Republican candidate, stellar or not, either publicly support him, shut the hell up...or switch parties & support the other guy.

Hear, Hear.
In addition, his piling on seems to be timed to inflict maximum damage. And have you noticed these comments occur frequently on one particular show...Bill O'Reilly?
There are many snakes within the ranks and most have not been smoked out yet.

Now that TPP has apologized for using the Hitler card, conservatives need to decide which insults are appropriate for the likes of Karl Rove. Let's come up with a list! As they say, politics ain't bean bag.

I have seen the term Tokyo Rove used many times, for at least 2 years, among conservatives ever since his O'Donnel rant. the guy is a loser who has wasted hundreds of millions of dollars and elected no-one good. He is a prime example of what is wrong with the party. Why apologise to a guy who is out to ruin you? Just flush him and the Bushes right along with him.

After a slight delay Conservative, Inc. continues its journey to irrelevancy.
