Here’s something I wish I’d noted earlier. This
should be the end of all the ridiculous soft soap being talked
about Marco Rubio:
Women already are in combat to begin with. We should be putting
our best soldiers forward regardless of their gender.
Probably, though, it won’t be. Still, I’m not worried. Rubio is
only one in a long line of candidates for “Next Savior of the GOP”:
Perry, Bachmann, Cain, Christie, Daniels, Jindal, Portman,
Ryan, Jeb Bush. All of them are a far cry from the greatest
president ever elected as a member of the party founded in my
home state in 1854.

Strap a full pack on Rubio's back, hand him the latest Army issue rifle, and then have him hit the beach under heavy machine gun fire. Then, if he survives, ask him if he still favors women in combat. Sh!t, all he knows about combat is watching Vic Morrow or Gary Cooper wipe out an enemy machine gun nest with five bullets on his television screen.

He must not have a sister.

You can only be the Next GOP Hope if you spend your time attacking conservatives, which is why these men are doing so.
Time for a Tea Party.

The question is will the physical standards be lowered for women who seek combat roles such as infantry, rangers, etc.? Keep the standards the same and if they can meet them, fine. If not, no go. Also, will young women register for selective service? If there is no difference and all are equal, well sign up like the guys have to.

The answer is standards will be lowered and the Army has already conceded this fact. Women will have to register for the draft following the first court challenge. This won't affect liberals, however, since the Ruling Class always finds an exemption.
