When watching Chuck Hagel being eviscerated by John McCain,
Lindsey Graham and Ted Cruz just remember that we could have been
spared from this sorry spectacle if not for the hubris of President
Obama.
But no!!! Obama just had to foist Hagel upon us. He did so for
three reasons. First, to give Israel yet another thumb to the eye.
Second, to give comfort to Iran that we will not stop them from
going nuclear and, above all else, to be a rubber stamp for Obama’s
gutting of our military.
The problem, as it turns out, is that Hagel can’t string two
sentences together. He’s no Hillary who can ask the Senate with a
straight face, “What difference does it make?”
What happened today is a direct consequence of President Obama’s
poor judgment. If the Senate doesn’t reject Hagel then they too
will be guilty of poor judgment.

Anyone who believes an individual who refers to the U.S. as the World's bully should be considered for the post of Secretary of Defense is utterly delusional.

"Anyone who believes an individual who refers to the U.S. as the World's bully should be considered for the post of Secretary of Defense is a liberal Democrat."

After seeing how the Senate deferred to Mrs. Clinton and John Kerry, it is understandable that Chuck Hagel didn't believe he needed to prepare for his testimony. I doubt many of us will be comforted by whoever Octobama nominates for a federal post. They have to be unacceptable to us if Octobama nominates them.

The Senate will not reject Hagel, but it won't be because of poor judgment. It will be because they won't judge him at all. They'll simply use their rubber stamp without even thinking about it. Thinking involves too much hard work, as exemplified by most voters.

We're basically talking about Low-Information Senators. Which would be most of them.

Where are Senators Chuckie Schumer, Barbie Boxer, Di Feinstein, Al Franken, and Carl Levin in opposing Hagel for his anti Israel comments?
They will not oppose Obama.
McCain appears crazy. He was kissing Hillary's ass during the Benghazi scandal that resulted in four dead Americans, and the same with Kerry who accused the American military of terrorizing Iraquis and war crimes in Vietnam. He acted the same way during th 08 campaign, showing anger at his supporters for using the name Hussein.
Obama picked Hagel and Kerry, the anger should be directed to Obama.

Republicans will continue to lose on the National Scene as long as the Straight Jacket Express Insane John McCain and his boyfriend Lindsey Loafers Graham are the face of Republican foreign policy.

Going th have to disagree with this article. Hagel was chosen by obama because, obama new he would be picked no by these senators. We know Hagel is not honest, and pledges his support to a different allegiance than the sovereign American Constitution. I think there is more to this than we are seeing. Hillary did not keep a straight face. She had to change the atmosphere to keep her supporters. By inserting her phase "what difference does it make now", it changed the perpetration of intent to "we can't undo what has happen". She waited for this opportunity and inserted it right on the money. Her support is very smart, much smarter than the average person. She is guilty of murder as is obama, but they will never be prosecuted for there crimes. They are above the law.
