She can propose whatever she wants. It's highly unlikely her proposed legislation will even make it out of the Senate, and it essentially has no chance of passing the House.

remember. A liberal, even a pro gun, A rating by the NRA liberal, is a liberal first and foremost. Reid and any other pro-gun pro second amendment democrat will follow Obama's marching orders. Guns will be banned.
That doesn't mean 'we' will follow the new dictats. But anyone who thinks 'pro gun' democrats will oppose Obama are fooling themselves.

It's not "Gun Control" anymore.
Now it's "Gun Safety".
In typical despicable fashion, the Left is rewriting the dictionary again, hoping to be able to tell America that Republicans oppose "Gun Safety".
As always, the Left believes that if you oppose its ideas, you must oppose its intentions, because like small-minded children, they can't comprehend the difference between intentions and results, or even that there might BE a difference.
The "Affordable Care Act" that is making health care so much less affordable will soon by followed by the "Gun Safety Act" which will make us all less safe.

If Feinstein and the miguided liberals supporting what will be the end of the second amendment succeed I predict that there could very well be an armed insurrection in this country. They forget that gun owners in the US are millions strong and cross the entire political spectrum.

But the wet dream of "As the secretary shall determine (Kathleen Sebelius)" orgasm in Obamacare. That filthy Sebelius "shall determine" anything that is a hazard to health shall be illegal under the rules of obamacare. Screw Congress! Obamacare grants "the secretary" absolute power to ban and confiscate anything she deems dangerous under the power granted to her by Obamacare. Mark my words. That filthy bitch will make a declaration soon. The only question is what are banned first under the powers of Obamacare? My money is on handguns.
